Requirements:
* Deadlines are important to you - You will provide ETA for every task and you will do your best to meet it. If deadline is not met, you will provide an updated ETA. Deadlines are important to us too, therefore, if you complete the project on time and with high quality, you will receive a 20% bonus.
* Communication is key - Report your progress in scrum-like method using email on daily basis.
* High availability & Very responsive - You will be available in regular work hours and respond quickly whenever necessary during the work day.
* Plan before you code - You will create a Low Level Design document, and once we approve it, you will create work items into VSTS.
* You love writing clean code - We review all the code you write using Pull Requests. Unmaintainable code will be rejected.
* No-compromise quality with continuous integration – As your first step, you will write unit tests using xUnit / MSTest according to spec we will provide (Usually – in Gherkin). E2E tests will be written in Selenium. You will test locally on dev env, and again on staging env. Tests will be described using methodical test cases which will be linked in an orderly manner to the relevant work items. Your code will be pushed into master branch only after it was successfully statically analyzed, tested, built and reviewed. Once it did, it will automatically be deployed to our staging env.
* Your bugs get squashed instantly - Once your changes get deployed to staging our dedicated QA will test it, and if a bug will be found they will create a work item in VSTS and assign it to you. We are 100% positive you cannot stand the thought of a bug existing happily in the beautiful, clean code you wrote and therefore you will eliminate it without unnecessary delays :-).
* Use our tools & follow our procedures - IDE is VS 2017 / Visual Studio Code, bugs and work progress through VSTS. We will send you our Standard Work Procedure once you get started.
* Experience with Git - You know your way around Git and can create PR and resolve manual merge conflicts. You will push your commits into a remote branch on a daily basis. * Server side development expertise - at least 3 years of experience in .Net, C# and server side coding.
* Experience with Azure C# functions
* Experience with Azure based applications (serverless).
* Familiar with Azure portal.
* Familiar with Cusmus DB.
Hiring procedure & Payment
* We will send you a short quiz, followed by an online programming test of about 1.5 hours and then Skype interview.
* Payment is according to milestones - Only after all milestone-relevant tests have passed we pay the milestone.
* We pay fixed prices - We will provide you spec and you will provide a price offer for it.
* The last milestone is support milestone - 2 months support for your changes after deployment to production.
* You can get 20% bonus on agreed price - If project will be deployed to production on time and number of bugs found by the client is less than 3 in support period, that bonus is yours!
