General information for the business: We develop actuarial software for the life insurance industry
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Description of requirements/functionality: We are expanding the capabilities of our existing software so will need to incorporate further mathematical functions whilst paying great attention to speed and memory usage. Use of doubles and threading will be required.
OS requirements: Windows, Linux
Extra notes: You would need to have a high standard of maths as will need to work with our existing It and actuarial departments.
This position is based in our offices in Ipswich, please do not therefore apply if you want to work remotely.
Ideally, this will lead to a full-time position within our company.
