Information to be included in each chapter: we are a wellbeing dental clinic that doesnt do dentistry but we teach people how to take care of their mouth. we want to build a business that need to be as lean as possible. no dental equiment need it. only certain things. we will do teeth whitening, ph analysis, hygiene(we will called it mouth detox), vitamin drips, sleeping device, facial aesthetic, selling products retail.concept clinic. booking exclusively online.two chairs, two dentist, one employee. rent a space around 40/45 square meter.window shop.concept clinic in central london.

Hi Giacomo - model canvas etc is a new way of looking of how to reach your business goals - it all comes under the broad term of Lean business practices which you can no doubt read up about in your own time but it's slightly irrelevant to preparing a Business Plan.
Where are you intending this business to operate - in the UK? Is it intended in the time period that the Business Plan covers to become a franchise? -
