Experience Level: Intermediate
We require 2 Business Development Managers to cover the Greater London and South East England Region to achieve the company's objectives for business growth. The BDMs will be required to generate new business by initiating their own leads whilst thinking outside the box'. Compensation is purely on commission basis, negotiable based on monthly income.
The key responsibilities for the BDM are:
• Generation and development of new businesses, negotiation and closure of strategic solutions for business growth;
• Build the JobPlant brand with a view to make it a recognised provider in under 12 months
• Preparation and delivery of innovative presentations for new business;
• Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends, methods and best practice;
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts in order to develop new business leads;
• Develop innovative market approaches to develop new business opportunities, market research, targeting processes and market sector analysis.
The Person:
• As the successful Business Development Manager you must champion the use of Video Profiling in Recruitment;
• Have proven experience of developing/winning new business, experience within the Recruitment Sector desirable;
• Being well connected and able to network unassisted within the market would be an advantage;
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to work on own initiative;
• Ability to build new business know how’ to facilitate a more effective pitching process;
• A sound understanding of new business processes and Client Relationship Management
