A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join Richmond Pharmacology’s thriving Business Development/Sales Team. The successful candidate will ideally have worked previously in the development and management of early phase clinical trial business opportunities for at least 3 years and will be very experienced in operating within a target driven sales environment.
This position is key to the continued success of the team and your contribution will be a critical factor driving sales forward. Your success will be based on your ability to manage a list of clients with whom you will discuss Richmond Pharmacology’s services, thereby generating valuable sales leads going forward. You will enjoy proactively managing the sales process: lead generation, asking probing questions, providing credible solutions, negotiating and of course the all important closing stage, prior to handover to our Project Managers. You will possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to Richmond Pharmacology are captured and explored. You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to manage your client portfolio.
