If you have lots of experience in IT or telecommunications direct sales or you have worked in B2B sales in the SME marketplace, this is your opportunity to develop fast and to be very well rewarded. With a basic up to £30,000, your first year OTE should definitely be around £75,000. If you are really talented, there is nothing stopping your earning £100,000 or even more. We don't cap our bonuses.
Targeting SMEs with 1-250 people, you will generate your own leads, selling profitable new connections, products and services. You will really get under the skin of your clients, understanding their needs and buying and decision-making processes - then providing a consultative service that gets impressive results.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Candidates for this role must have a track record in the b2b sales market
- Successful candidates must be used to door knocking and not shy away from this form of new business i.e. MUST BE A HUNTER
- Must be able to work autonomously and be used to pure new business hunting on a given territory
- Must be tenacious, articulate, self reliant and motivated with outstanding time management skills
IDEALLY YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING
- Ideally, a reseller background will be more beneficial than a network candidate, however, if you can display an open mind to a new culture, this should not be an issue
ROLE INFORMATION
- This role will be focussed on selling business packages for mobile communications e.g. handsets and tariffs for voice and data
- Successful applicants will be focussed on the SME marketplace in a new business capacity
- IF YOU WANT AN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLE OR A MIX OF NEW BUSINESS AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU
- Average order values range from 1-7 connections per visit with larger deals being circa 20 connections
- Targets will be KPI and monetary based including number of connections, margin split and numbers of meetings
- Full sales training and induction included
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
