We are looking for someone to work full time developing leads for our busy digital marketing company. We are developing a new product line aimed at trade associations, and for the right person we are prepared to pay 38-66kpa.
You will need to be able to think creatively, and take a more consultative, strategic approach to setting up meetings with our MD. Typically the people we want to talk with are happy to hear us, but it's still hard to get hold of them!
**** What We Do ****
We help professional trade organisations make their existing events available to a wider audience through audio, video and virtual technologies.
Typical uses include:
* Making content available as a member benefit to non-attendees.
* Using recorded content to increase new member signups.
* Extending live events to a virtual audience over the internet.
**** Definition of a Qualified Lead ****
The marketing or events director of a professional trade association headquartered in London/SE running 10+ speaker events a year (typically seminars, or smaller meetings with expert panels). They should be interested in exploring new ways of leveraging those meetings using audio / video and virtual technologies to target new members, and provide greater value to existing members.
**** Typical Pitch ****
Our Managing Director, Paul David would like to come and show you some ideas regarding your seminars - I know Paul is quite keen to talk with you, so if you're available on either Monday or Tuesday next week for an hour..?
**** What We Pay - What You Will Earn ****
*We pay per lead + Bonus for new business (£100 / £500)
*The lead is payable once the meeting has taken place
*Every contact, including detailed call notes need to be entered into our CRM
So, assuming you only manage to book 3 highly qualified appointments a week, and we only manage to close 1 in 3 this is what you would earn.
* 3 leads per week = £1200pm
* Closing 1in3 = £2000pm
* Total: £3200pm / 38k year
If you can set just 2 more appointments a week, and we can still close 1 in 3...
* 5 leads per week, closing 1in3 = £66k
**** Requirements ****
We are looking for someone to work on this full time. After a test of 20 leads we would look to help you develop and earn more with us permanently. Though the figures are undoubtably good, we are not looking for \"pushy sales\", but rather a more steady, methodical approach that thinks about the quality of leads, not the quantity. (after all, the real money is in the new business bonus of £500 right?).
If you think you can run with this, then place a bid and we'll call you. The job starts immediately for the right person.
