Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
General information for the business: Alderbrooke Ltd. focuses on Human Capital Consultancy – which is all about making the most of internal talent
Geographical areas: London
Description of Business Development: Alderbrooke is looking for an experienced B2B writer with the ability to write letters to C Suite Executives to develop new business.
Every week a story appears in the news which highlights that a failure in corporate culture has reduced shareholder value and affected the employer brand. Alderbrooke has developed a highly analytical approach to understanding corporate culture which can be used to tackle the root causes underlying these issues.
We are looking for a writer who can isolate the issues which the organisation has to address and clearly position Alderbrooke proposition as a solution. The aim is to help C-Suite Execs target their resource effectively and to help them use a set-back as a springboard to re-define the values and corporate culture of the organisation – enabling them to make the most of their internal talent.
You are the right person for the role if you have experience of writing new business development letters to C-Suite Execs and you can draw out the £ impact of a failure in corporate culture from a variety of news articles. The aim of the letters you write will be to secure appointments for our business development team.
We have a list of UK prospects and examples of letters that have already worked – what we need is your insight and creativity to convert these opportunities into leads.
