We are hiring a local writer to develop 6 x 400 words mini-guide pieces on Boston
Using your local knowledge of Boston suggest the 6 x titles to write about, based on a list of supplied themes below. Once agreed, you will be supplied with a brief, workflow, example and full details of how to deliver to us.
Content should be written in the third person and in British Engish spelling.
Content must be original, accurate and of course must be plagiarism free.
The 6 pieces should be delivered within 7 days from commissioning and should include descriptor 'tags' (will be supplied from a set list) within the document to enable our technology to categorise the piece. (ie, tags include 'Architecture, Live Music, Bars, Food, Outdoors etc)
A short writers bio will need to be supplied a few sentences about who you are and what you love about your city - this will help the traveller trust the local. Keep it in the third person. No more than 60 words. Please don't list your achievements. Light-hearted and fun)
PROPOSAL SAMPLE: As part of your proposal please send us a list of 3 suggested content titles you would like to base your work on. See the examples of titles below. We have put together a list of Themes for you to use as a starting point. We would also require 1 sample piece of writing (short paragraph) on only one of the 3 Titles you have proposed. Simply follow the brief and example attached. I will review this sample and then send feedback to you with the objective of hoping to hire you. Please supply the sample content as a shared Google Document.

- Trending / Up and coming places/things to see and do
- History/architecture (museums, monuments, iconic buildings)
- Arts + Culture (theatre, galleries)
- Shopping (independent boutiques, markets, high-street shopping)
