Experience Level: Intermediate
I am a feature film producer and production manager working across several small Ltd companies of my own, freelancing for other companies as a production manager/line producer and I also run a not-for-profit sending children to school in Kenya.
I am looking for an ambitious, hard working, proactive individual to assist mainly with book keeping and personal and company tax submissions, but also with social media management, updating Facebook websites, client contact, script reading, office management, manning phones and logistics on an hourly basis.
You must have experience in:
Book keeping
It would be beneficial if you have experience in:
HMRC (self assessment and company) and companies house submissions in the U.K.
Social media management
Word press/square space/Etsy website management
Managing diaries
Managing email inboxes for others
Being a first point of contact for clients
The film industry
As a PA
This role will start small, and will grow as the successful applicant learns more about the companies, and as the companies grow. The role will also be very varied, as I may need assistance with a wide variety of tasks from personal, to professional to business. I am looking for someone with whom I can build a long term working relationship. For the right applicant, in the future there may be the possibility to progress into a full time role or move across into a film production role.
You do not need to be based in the UK, but you must have an understanding of UK company requirements, and speak very good English.
