Experience Level: Intermediate
I run a small ltd company providing technical consultancy services to large mobile telecom companies in the UK.

I am looking for a bookkeeper to do my company book keeping and payroll.


Some more details about the work are:

Payroll
---------
Payroll for 1 person, which will include producing payslips, Monthly/Quarterly HMRC PAYE and NICs forms and payments, end of year forms (P60), salary sacrifice to pay child care vouchers and business expenses such as travel/mileage. I would like the HMRC filing to be done online.

Book keeping
------------------
Double entry book keeping and trial balance at the end of year, preparation of company accounts, corporation tax calculations and tax forms. This should be quite simple and there shouldn’t be too many ledgers: I invoice my company's client weekly or monthly and my company’s outgoings will be my salary and other allowable expenses (e.g. insurances, telecoms/IT, stationery, your costs, etc).

I would send you copies of all receipts/invoices by e-mail. I would prefer bids from someone located in Berkshire.

I estimate approximately 1hr per month worth of book keeping.
