I am in the process of rebranding my start-up social media and content marketing agency and will need someone to assist me with day-to-day management of client accounts and content writing whilst I focus on business development and the rebrand. The role is permanent (long-term) and will start as one (1) day per week at a rate of £80/day increasing to two (2) or three (3) days a week in the future. This role is perfect for a university graduate (or current student) in a relevant subject (i.e. business, marketing, English etc.) who has done a few internships (and has a reference) and is ready to take on more responsibility and gain experience in a start-up agency environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and Scheduling social media posts for various channels and clients
- Developing content for client websites and blogs
- Reporting on and analysing social media results
- Writing blog posts in different tones and voices
- Forward planning for social media
Who I’m looking for:
• MUST be living in the UK and preferably at a commutable distance from London for the occasional meeting
• Someone who can work with minimal supervision (you will be working remotely for the most part)
• MUST be able to speak and write in English at a very high standard (I do not accept grammatical and spelling errors)
• Some experience as an intern or executive in a similar role either agency-side or in-house
• Experience writing blogs (if you have your own- even better)
• Experience using photo-editing software and designing info graphics would be a plus
• Understanding of SEO is a must
I’m open to different professional backgrounds so long as you can demonstrate a high level of written English and the ability to adapt tone for different types of clients. I believe in promotion for the right candidate so if you demonstrate the right attributes, there is room for growth in my blossoming company.
