Basic Excel spreadsheet cutover plan/schedule

General information for the business: basic Excel spreadsheet plan/schedule

Description of excel work: I require the attached spreadsheet (Cutover) in an excel plan / schedule with week ending dates along the top. Dates from now to the end of May.

The cutover plan has a full list of key milestones with activities to support the key milestones. I want the activities and key milestones on the plan.

The dates on the spreadsheet are not accurate as they draft dates at moment but please add them to the plan.

If you can add columns Responsible, duration, Start, finish, % complete, Signed off /approved columns also.r



This scheudle is basic just now but i will require more support adding more data to it as i understand what data i need. This is a very basic spreadhseet at the moment so any high price proposals will be instantly deleted
Extra notes: A KPI would be ideal displaying each milestone progress on different page.
