Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a talented, warm and engaging B2C telephone sales person to gather information from leads and direct them to our website.
We sell Home Based Business Opportunities and all of our leads have requested further information, so are slightly warm.
We do not expect you to sell the business over the telephone, but to gather information about what kind of business the client is interested in, what their budget is etc and then direct them to a website, where they can view a presentation that will give them more information. You will be expected to follow the conversation up with a quick email, confirming the web address.
Following the presentation they will either choose not to take the matter further, or request a call back from one of our experts.
The way that you handle calls makes a big difference to us. We find that we get really good results from being friendly, intelligent and not pushy.
Most of our prospects are already employed, so many of these calls are going to be between 7pm and 9pm. We don’t contact anyone on a Sunday, or after 9pm.
We usually handle most of the B2C calls ourselves, but have a sudden increase in workload. In October we expect to have around 500 leads to be outsourced.
If this works well, then it could be a regular arrangement.
