$500+ commission + monthly residuals outside salesmen - Immediate Hire
Our digital marketing and advertising consulting agency is looking for some expert phone salesmen to sell our digital advertising services to local service businesses.
We are looking for Phone Sales Super Stars.
Pay Structure: This is commission based with a starting commission of $500-600 per closed sale paid directly to you upon successful completion of a sale. PLUS you will receive residuals for every month the client stays with us. Residuals are $200 each month and we have a high client retention rate. Therefore, the successful close of a new client will guarantee you $500 with an almost certainty of residual payouts for most clients.
Note: $500 is just the base commission per close, if you're good you will make more.
There is no base salary, but our commissions are high and if you're good you could close multiple clients per week working part time.
Top salesmen and closers will earn options for even greater commissions and residuals.
Location: This is a completely REMOTE position with flexible hours. Work as much or as little per week as you want to. However, all candidates must currently be in the United States and be completely fluent in English.
Scope of Work:
You will develop a lead and sales funnel of local service businesses in your area. We recommend you start local and expand from there.
Most salesmen focus on cold calling to set up appointments and then close on the phone using our SALES SCRIPT. You can create your own script for the cold calling, but once a lead is warm or hot you can follow our Sales Script guideline to close them. It is proven to work but you are flexible in how you use it or if you use it. Since it is proven to work we recommend you start with that.
You are not required to exclusively do phone cold calling if you would like to canvass local service businesses in person or draw from your existing network. Regardless of how you make the sale you will earn the full commission and residual. To truly scale your efforts though telemarketing and cold calling will probably be the cornerstone of your lead generation.
You will need the ability to cold call and get past the gate-keepers to get to the decision makers who can actually make the sale.
Local Service Businesses includes any business that provides a service to local customers. Here is a non exhaustive list: Roofers, Tree Removal, Asphalt/Paving, Plumbers, HVAC, Landscape, Solar Panel Installation, Electricians, General Contractors, Salons, Spas, Law Firms, Accountants, Local Insurance companies, Movers, Deck Builders etc.
We have a preference for traditional and alternative medicine businesses and practices including, but not limited to; cosmetic dermatologists, plastic surgeons, elective eye surgeons (LASIK), cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, chiropractors, acupuncturists, medical spas, osteopaths, etc.
Because of our preference for medical businesses we offer $600 commission per closed sale instead of the usual $500.
The businesses we are NOT looking to work with: local retail businesses, online eCommerce stores, restaurants/cafes, or large businesses and corporations that don't operate on a local level.
Again your focus will be on businesses that offer a service rather than selling physical products or food.
You will be responsible for recording your sales calls in any manner you choose. There are free programs to record Skype calls for example, but you may use any recording or CRM software you like.
Requirements:
⦁ Fluency in English
⦁ Must have own phone, computer, and internet connection.
⦁ Phone Presence and Salesmanship.
⦁ Previous experience Cold-Calling and closing over the phone.
⦁ Entrepreneurial and Action-Oriented Attitude.
⦁ Must be polite and courteous when dealing with prospective clients.
When to Start:
We will have a brief phone interview, and following a successful interview, you can get started immediately.
