Assistant Property Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous industry experience as it offers vast career progression.
Experience in a property management is essential as the department is extremely busy and has a large property portfolio to manage.
The successful applicant should be well presented, highly target driven and confident in working in a pressurised environment, determined, focused and resilient. Excellent communication skills and good phone manner is a must. This role involves some mobile work, therefore a full driving license is preferred. The successful candidate will also be expected to be on call at certain times out of office hours.
Key duties
- Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries
- Assisting the lettings and Property Management department with conducting a seamless and professional move in for Tenants
- Resolving tenant issues
- Rent collection
- Portfolio management
- Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Department administration assistance
Location
Based in our Canary Wharf office - Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
