Description

Experience Level: Entry
I am a self-taught intermediate computer programmer with reasonable experience in.Net Winforms, SQL Server and C#. I am attempting to learn ASP.net, but keep stumbling over issues (at this point, beginner issues) such as how to best implement security, why my login control cannot connect to the database (SQL Server 2008), how should I architect the site I am building, etc.. What I am looking for is a person who is on my schedule (central time zone, USA) who speaks fluent English and is available to help me out via email. This person would need to be available for immediate response to my questions from 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time. I am looking to grow my knowledge and experience as quickly as possible, but don\'t need a full time tutor - just someone to help me out like a tech lead would help a junior programmer. My plan is to build a project in ASP.net and each day add new features to build a robust, commercial website. Ultimately I would like to release the website and use the skills I learned doing the project to go get a job using ASP.net. Right now I can talk the talk, but can\'t walk the walk. Need to be able to walk the walk as quickly as possible. My needs are ad-hoc, so I would rather pay on a per-question answered basis or something like that. I can pay hourly, but as there are only so many questions I can ask or you can answer in an hour, the hourly rate would be pretty low. Currently I am going to list this project as a commission project with a \"per call\" commission, a \"call\" meaning an answered question.
