Description
Experience Level: Expert
We have had a bespoke CMS system developed for our business - which allows us to rapidly roll-out new websites based on the existing CMS framework and functionality. This has been developed by a contracted .Net developer, but we do not want to feel tied to using them for all further implementations.
We are looking for 3 .Net developer(s) to become \'preferred\' suppliers of these websites using our CMS.
You must have skills and proven experience in Asp.Net, XHTML Strict, JQuery, CSS 2+, JavaScript and SQL Server 2008. We use Master pages and user controls and some thirds party applications to help deliver the functionality of the CMS.
The process will work as follows:
1> You will need to sign an NDA and we will provide you with all source code and copy of \'base\' sample site.
2> We will send you the homepage design and second level template design - which we will need you to integrate into the CMS framework. We will provide all graphic assets you require - and you will have direct access to our lead designer to get these to you in a timely manner.
3> Once these are implemented ok, you will be required to style up and integrate the remaining independent pages and forms (e.g. contact forms, secure area, download area, media popups - using Colorbox)
4> You will publish the site on your own development server - for us to test. Once we are happy with the site, you will migrate it to our staging server for further testing and release to our clients.
Examples of the templated sites we have developed using this CMS are :
- btss.tiarccms.co.uk
- hgs.tiarccms.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE: This is a job listing to get a list of suitable .NET developers that could provide this freelance service. We would require any successful developers (who meet our criteria above) to carry out a test integration of our CMS before adding you to our preferred supplier list. FYI - we are only intending to keep a list of 3 preferred developers, so first come first served.
Successful developers will also have the added benefit of having access to other development projects that do not use our CMS - so plenty of work.
