Architectural Auto CAD Technician (Residential)

We are a Property Development company based in East London and are looking for an experienced Auto CAD Technician with 3D experience to provide working drawings and Building Control drawings for a unique luxury residential project in Hampstead (Conservation Area,. with a construction cost of £2-£2.5 million. Interested freelancers should have a thorough knowledge of current building regs and M&E co-ordination, as the project is heavily serviced with mechanical services, renewable energy and KNX electrical system and forms a major part of our requirement.
