Experience Level: Intermediate
I sell a business to business credit management subscription product. I need someone to call unqualified and part qualified leads, which I will provide, with the objective of making properly qualified appointments with decision makers.

I propose to pay £7 per appoinment made with genuine decision makers, provided it is kept by the prospect, plus an additional £70 for each call that results in a sale. I would pay for the appointments within three days of attending and pay half the sign up bonus within seven days of the sale being confirmed.

OTE: £294 per day

Target: 12 appointments per day

Desired Time Commitment: 6 hours week

6hours X 2 appointments = 12 appointments
12 appointments X £7 = £84
3 sales X £70 = £210
£84 + £210 = £294

When you call prospects you will be selling the appointment and not the product itself. I can provide a proven script, including guidance on handling objections, to assist with this work. Using the script, as an average, I would expect the following productivity: 25-40 dials per hour, speaking to at leat 8 decision makers and making 2 appointments.

I would realistically expect to convert at least one in four properly qualified appointments into a sale, within a month of first seeing them, which gives my appointment makers a realistic opportunity to earn in excess of £40 per hour.

I am happy to consider other proposals for renumeration, provided they are based on results rather than activity.
