I am looking for an experienced and successful appointment booker to outsource my clients calls to. All calls are B2B

Call sheets for the following will be sent through to you on a Thursday to allow you to plan your week. I am looking for someone who can maintain a call diary, move calls forward as necessary and be persistent in speaking to the right person.

The call diary will be held online as other members of the team will need to work from it and view it. You can download it as necessary and update daily.

An email address will be provided to you as will access to our email tracking system to allow you to see where the interest lies, allowing you to follow it up and be sucessful in achiving an appointment.

You will be required to produce call statistics and reports following each session for forwarding to the client. You will need to be able to produce PDF files from office documents.

I am actively seeking more contracts and current clients receive offers to encourage further bookings. I am certainly working with the aim of having one appointment booker to undertake all our calls.

There are 50 calls to be undertaken week commencing the 19th of April and if an agreeable fee structure can be agreed, at least 50 calls per week will be placed for a month, whereupon a review will be conducted.

Please base your bid on an hourly rate plus your commission fee per completed appointment (please state this is your bid information). All call/admin charges should be included in this hourly rate.

Please do not bid if you are an overseas telemarketing company.
