I run a property company. My website is www.stormproperty.com
I am introducing a new service into my business called "assisted sale" and would like a video to be created to explain the product.
I am looking for an animated video similar to the one on this website however for a different service. Www.yourlocallets.com (I like the way their logo is incorporated into the video and its "on brand")
The information that I am currently creating to put on my website is shown below, that will also help explain more about the product to help create the video. (I am also happy to talk through in detail!)

Once you have requested a call back the process is as follows:
• Preliminary discussion and property viewing arranged
• Due diligence and current valuation undertaken
• Property accepted by Storm Property, settlement price agreed
• Required refurbishment works agreed by both parties and legal agreement signed
• Renovation beings
• Routine inspecition visits undertaken to ensure renovations completed inline with agreement
• Re-valuation and property put on market
• Sale completed
• Sales Proceeds distributed to both the vendor and Storm Property
To ensure a streamlined sales process, all works undertaken are completed within tight timescales to realise an uplift in the sale price as soon as possible.
