Description of requirements/functionality: An online system to manage the sales process including sign ups, payments and connection process and welcome emails and update emails.
Summary;
Sales invoice - emailed to customer / park and operators team.
Also printable ( would change branding on invoice from selection of park)
During this stage
Customer details are taken including name address ( found by post code search) telephone email etc choose park and plot
Caravan details
Finance invoice
Special arrangements and comments. (Standard list for sales person to select.)
Print sales invoice for customer
All of above are to be on different web pages with buttons for next back complete eg. So the sales persons works through the stages with the customer. Like an order system.
Copy sent to relevant park And operation team.
Other Side of system back office
Creates an owners profile providing a list of all sales with individual customer profile showing a summary of the sale and requirements. The following actions can happen from here

Change the deal
Update work status
Complete sale
Other areas
Summary page showing all outstanding sales that are not ready for handover
Automated emails being sent to team - outstanding sales list, handover list, accounts issues.
