We are an Education Consultancy seeking a part time London-based freelancer to cover administrative/secretarial tasks. Please only apply if you are based in London and available for the foreseeable future. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with the selected candidate and work with them ongoing. Despite the low level of hours, this is NOT to be considered a short term position. Approximately 8 hours per month, to be increased over time.
Job requisites:
London based and readily available via phone and email
Ability to work quickly and accurately with online software
Previous administrative experience ideally with numbers
High level of organisation, efficiency and commitment
Integrity, discretion and diplomacy are also essential to this position
Available for a long-term, ongoing commitment
Key administrative tasks on the following regular dates each month include:
3rd: sense-checking (check for accidental duplicates or unusual amounts) and submission of pre-processed invoices via our online software
14th: authorise payment to our employees noting any exceptions and marking as paid
14th-31st: monitoring of incoming payments and marking as paid or chasing as necessary
Key administrative tasks throughout the month include:
Respond to any payment-based queries from our customers via email
Issue refunds and revise accounts where necessary
Data input via Excel
