We are looking for highly motivated individuals who value working independently. Our chosen candidate will have experience in a company selling on Amazon and ideally with other ecommerce platforms. We are looking for a virtual assistant who can help us to take our business to the next level.
THE FOLLOWING ARE A MUST FOR THIS POSITION:
1) Extensive knowledge of Amazon seller central. (Listing products on Amazon, using the flat file, dealing with Amazon issues, keyword research, creating shipping plans, product research etc.)
2) Experience working with Trello or another Task management platform.
3) General knowledge of other ecommerce platforms such as wordpress/woocommerce, etsy etc.
4) Very proficient with Google drive, sheets, spreadsheets and managing & organizing files.
5) Meticulous attention to detail - that work is completed accurately and checked before submitting final tasks.
6) Excellent communication skills in English & proficient in customer service via email.
7) Ability to work independently with efficiency and meet deadlines.
8) Full commitment is needed for this job - this is a full time position of 40 hours per week.
9) Access to high speed internet & modern laptop or PC - to complete tasks efficiently.
MAIN TASKS FOR THE POSITION:
1) Responding to customer enquiries via Amazon, email etc.
2) Listing products on Amazon manually and using the flat file.
3) Monitoring existing Amazon listings, feedback, reviews and solving any issues that arise.
4) Organizing and maintaining files in Google drive related to sales, bookkeeping etc that come from Amazon seller central reports.
5) Administrative tasks
6) Social media management tasks.
7) Periodic meetings with team members on appear.in to discuss strategies & planning.
