Other than this our account health isn't bad and we have 4.5 out of 5 star ratings, please see below the stats:
• Pre fulfilment cancellation rate: 3.75% over 2.5%
• Late dispatch rate – 0% over 4%
• Order defect rate - 1.32% over 1%
• Negative feedback – 1 out of 304 orders
• A-Z Guarantee Claims – 3 out of 304 orders
• Chargeback claims – 0%
• Intellectual Property complaints – 0
• Product Safety Complaints – 0
• Listings Policy Violations – 0
• Products Authenticity complaints – 1
• Customer feedback 4.5 out of 5
We have been back and forth with emails to Amazon, we can't speak to performance on the phone and they keep rejecting our appeal.
We are looking for a professional who knows exactly how to reinstate our selling capabilities, please only apply if you can do this and with a quick turnaround

The account was suspended a couple of weeks ago. We have sent about 4 emails, and 3 invoices to them already as proof.

What precisely was the text of the complaint? This sounds like an intellectual property complaint (ie an assertion that copyright, design right, registered design right or trade marks) are being infringed. What is the product you offered?

Yes it is however we were never asked to remove the product otherwise we would have done, we received a complaint from a customer as it was the branded item and we offered a refund to them, however they then went on to make a complaint against us.
