ABOUT US
LOCAL Biznet magazine is a bi-monthly magazine for the community of Redbridge. The aim of the magazine is to provide local news, information about local events and activities, and to be a link between the businesses in Redbridge and the people of Redbridge, Essex. The magazine is funded entirely by advertising.
The magazine is distributed FREE at Ilford town centre, mainline train stations and delivered to businesses in Redbridge.
THE ASSIGNMENT
We are looking for experienced, confident, energetic, enthusiastic and organised people to sell full colour advertising space packages to the businesses in Redbridge. We are looking for people who are good communicators with fluent English, experienced in cold-calling telesales and closing deals. Members of our sales force work as independent self-employed contractors and are paid on a commission basis. You will therefore be able to make your own hours within overall deadlines, and see direct gains as a result of your effort. You will receive a commission of 20% on the final sale price with a 5% additional bonus for meeting weekly targets.
Leads to be generated by the sales person using online directories. A spreadsheet of the call made and status to be supplied to the publisher on a daily basis.
