This is a temporary position to cover sick leave for a c4 weeks. We would prefer to engage the services of an experienced administrator in the office as it is not a suitable assignment for virtual working.

You must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide versatile and proactive administrative services to support the Birmingham based consultant team of 30+.

We are based in the Jewellery Quarter of the Birmingham City Centre.

Reporting to the Birmingham Office Manager, this role is highly varied as you will provide support to the Birmingham based team of Consultants, with their different requirements, demands and deadlines.

You will provide:

proactive and professional administrative support of document production of the highest quality,

booking and arranging travel requests,

handling all aspects of reception duties, from telephone answering through to meet and greet,

handle post and couriers and general office housekeeping requirements.

You must be able to demonstrate:

excellent IT software (MS Office) & written and oral English communication skills. You must also be well presented and well groomed as this is a professional office working environment with some client contact.
