Provide a range of virtual admin and audio transcription services for a growing Property Services business operating in York and Leeds.
Duties include:
Management of staff diaries and appointment booking.
Regular updating of client tracker sheets.
Posting of reports and photos to on-line file share.
Liaising with customers on appointment/report progress.
Audio transcription of various reports to either word or pdf format.
Conversion of existing reports to new on-line software.
Requirements:
Own PC.
Able to work from home office with reliable broadband connection.
Flexibility on hours available is a must -- nature of the work requires this.
Will suit candidates with a "can do" responsible attitude.
