Experience Level: Intermediate
I run a small website providing free advice to visitors. I now want to add a message board / forum to the site which will allow visitors to ask questions, get advice from other visitors and give advice by answering questions or posting comments.

Visitors will be able to:

1 ASK A QUESTION

Post questions via form
Form to include drop down selection field
Form can be placed on any page inc. on home page

2. ANSWER A QUESTION/COMMENT

Answer questions posted by others, comment on others answers

3.SEARCH FOR QUESTIONS

Search categories to find relevant topics


ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

1. No registration required however see 2. below
2. To submit a question or answer, visitor will have to include a first name and email which will be recorded to a table in the database.
3. NB: If email already registered, don’t re-write to the database.
4. Check postings for links to external sites and remove link
5. Include a link to REPORT ABUSE
6. All pages and postings must be SEO friendly


I know a lot of clone codes packs available online - happy to use any and customise to fit.
