Description of support work: ill try and keep this as short as possible! i need a UK based accountant.
I run a limited company, i have had a really bad run with accountants and seem to have had bad luck!
My end of year for year 2 was 30th April 2017, my accountant at the time told me she couldn't complete my end of year books until end of 2017, i switched to somebody who told me they could do it quicker and hasn't. so im looking for somebody to move fast on this.
i have all the transactions allocated and all book keeping done (to a certain extend) in quickbooks. the only thing not completed in there is the amount of money earned through lettings i.e management fees etc however i do have a good record of statements which can be cross referenced. so overall ive got a huge issue with this that needs sorting.
We also need to sort my personal income, my first accountant was letting me take what i want when i need it and allocating it to a directors loan and then sorting out at the end of the year, however they never allocated my mileage out of this balance along with an allowance for working from home as 3 days a week i work from home and 3 days a week i work from an office. so my own personal income and payslips need sorting.
I also need to sort payslips for employees of mine, i have 1 employee which hasn't had a payslip for 3 months (again this was promised but never delivered).
I also need the work place pension stuff sorted, again we have been promised that the paperwork will be completed so we are compliant with this however this was never delivered. so this needs sorting too.
i then need somebody to complete book keeping from 30th April to date (im now using Capium) where my invoices are and expenses.
so to recap i need the following done.
- end of year completed for 30th April 2016 - 2017
- payslips for director
- payslips for member of staff
- pension complaiance
- book keeping.
please when you quote please put timelines on when this can be completed by as i would rather get this sorted sooner rather than later. i may need ongoing services after this is finished so should the work be completed then i guarantee return business of this PLUS an additional limited company.
please price reasonably, any extortionate quotes will be declined immediately.

Hi Nicholas, please could you confirm if you would be happy to move to Xero for your accounts? This would make producing payslips and complying with pension regulations a lot easier to sort out.
