A script to increase Alexa traffic ranking

Please find and test/implement a script that improves Alexa ranking (possibly by making all visitors register in the Alexa ranking system as if they had the Alexa toolbar, or another way possibly)... we'd like to try this and a script to improve Quantcast and other tracking services.

The site it will be used for is a WordPress site.

We are looking for a PERMANENT solution, NOT a temporary one where you send us traffic temporarily, and we do not need SEO help.
