What the Freelancer needs to start the work

In order to get started I will need to know all the facts. I will not offer my own opinion unless asked for. In order to prepare any letter or report I will need to be provided with ALL of the information I require in order to provide an excellent response. In order to gain this information, I may need to speak to you in order to clarify the position. If you do not provide the correct information then it must be accepted that I can only do as well as the information I have been provided with.
