What the Freelancer needs to start the work

To write I will need:
•What characters do you want to be involved?
•The plot and genres. If you have specifications, or just an idea you would like me to finish developing.
•You should know that I write mostly in the third person. I can write in the first person, but it's not my strong point. Also, I write better in Spanish than in English (although it won't be of bad quality if you choose English).
•If possible, payment should be made in advance. If you are not sure, it can be half in advance and the other half of the payment upon delivery of the result.
