Write a Business Continuity Plan for your business
$900
What you get with this Offer
Do you know what would happen to your business in an emergency situation? And are you aware of the “privacy by design” requirement placed by the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) on organisations? Companies will need to demonstrate they have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks.
Let me work with you to identify potential risks associated with a disruption of your operations and how we can avoid, or at least reduce those risks and the time taken to recover, should an incident happen, by making critical decisions in advance in stress-free conditions.
We will take a look at your key business functions and work out acceptable recovery timeframes; together with identifying key roles and responsibilities for staff to respond to an incident; ensuring that any personal information you hold on your servers is only available to those who need it.
I will write a tailor-made 30 page (minimum) Plan outlining the steps to be taken before, during and after an event to make sure services are back to a fully functional level as quickly and as smoothly as possible and that any known risks are mitigated, from a GDPR perspective.
The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) will be delivered within a maximum of 4 working days after requirements are received. The price includes 2 revisions to make sure the document is customized to your business operations.
A 20% deposit is required in order to commence the work.
All work to be undertaken remotely, working together with the nominated representative for your business, on a strictly confidential basis.
As part of the business continuity process, most companies usually implement a series of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). The most well-known example of a DRP is the Information Technology (IT) DRP which will further demonstrate your organisation’s compliance with the GDPR.
