What the Freelancer needs to start the work
• Telemarketing Brief - Project objective - setting out your qualification criteria process includes qualifying questions and information to be obtained from the prospects.
• Calling guide or Telemarketing script outlining the approach you wish the telemarketer to take and includes objection handling. (I would be happy to provide a template)
• Company Marketing information - Unique Selling points and key services offered. Details of your website and marketing literature.
• Prospect calling list – within an excel format. We can assist you to purchase a list or build a list from online sources.
• Email account details, only if you wish us to conduct the email administration on your behalf - Webmail access details or redirected via Outlook plus email marketing template
• Diary Availability – list of dates emailed
• Company information - Full company details, LTD company numberor if sole trader your home address and D.O.B.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work together and I appreciate you sorting out the payment after the email received from your colleague dated the 15th August, over 1 month ago - Simon expresses his sincerest apologises for not paying you via PPH yet. We have ourselves been let down by a couple of our big customers.
This is what Simon has been trying to resolve.
It's had a knock on effect on our cash-flow and as a result I'm contacting all our suppliers to communicate the situation.
We have been promised payment from one large customer by Wednesday of next week.
I know this isn't great news to have to be communicating and it is rather embarrassing for us.
We assure you that we will be in a position to clear the balance on our account by Wednesday next week.
With this issue in mind it has been decided to 'postpone' any further work until we are in a position to pay for it.
As I've mentioned Simon is extremely unhappy and embarrassed about having to convey such information but feels it is important to be upfront as possible.
He is also looking at our own account management/payment procedures to avoid this situation arising again.
I would like to point out that we in no way hounded our clients for payment but kindly request this is done with in the agreed timeframe and via PPH this is 7 working days.
We wish you all the best with your future marketing activity and its very sad that although you were happy with the service you have chosen not to use us again due to this discretion in payment. -
