Although having worked with us in the past and established a relationship with us, she doesn't work with Google drive links and therefore required us to upload all the files manually to PPH which makes us hesitant to work with her again in future.

The reason that I do not work from links is that sometimes content on links can be changed after I've begun working on a project, leading me to not deliver the right material to the client as I might not check the link again after I've pulled what I need from it. This happens often when working with teams. I work from attachments only because that way I'm guaranteed to have the right material so that I can get clients exactly what they require first time around. This helps avoid project delays and makes sure that you get what you need quickly and accurately.
