I will need details of the product/service being sold and a contact list of leads. If working to sell appointments I will require an active diary. If looking to sell products I will need access to a purchase system.

Nottingham, United KingdomI would not recommend Richard and his team. They got me no appointments and i am concerned they harmed the reputation of my company. They had no intention of getting any appointments for me as they never even asked to view my calendar. A massive scam!!!

It is such a shame that you have left such poor feedback for the team. I tried a number of times to discuss this campaign with you but couldn't get a response to resolve any concerns that you may have had. But just to clarify:
Of the 40 calls made, the results were:
17 - Voicemails or unavailable
17 - Not interested or wrong number
2 - Would like further information
4 - Would Like to book a viewing
As for the calls themselves, we followed your brief to the letter, we called on behalf of Hero Lets and acted as your colleagues, this is the protocol for all of our campaigns as there is no benefit using my company name on the call. I would have people calling me to ask about a service that we just don't offer. So I am not sure where the confusion has come from, but I assure you that your companies reputation is secure. The only concern that I would have is the one lead that wanted to hear from you and had to chase me when they didn't, but I raised this in email to you as you hadn't responded to the PPH message.
I find it hard to understand how you have interpreted 4 appointments and 2 interested parties as a poor result. You have also not been able to clarify how we have damaged your companies reputation.
It's a shame that you were unhappy with our service, but I feel we did the best that we could and got some great results. I'm rather disappointed that you failed to communicate with me on the issues to allow us to move forward.
