Brilliant work as usual

Lucy made a few follow-up phone calls for me after I had sent out a letter to a small number of businesses about my services. To be honest I wasn't really expecting too much but felt it was worth doing after the time & effort spent in sending out the letters. Lucy did a great job in trying to get in touch with the people on the list I provided and I did end up with one positive response on which to follow up on. Something I wouldn't have had if I had not asked Lucy to make the calls for me. Many thanks Lucy, I would certainly consider using again :-)
