Singapore, SingaporeI'm from Singapore and having read all the wonderful reviews posted here, I knew Stuart will be the right person for this job.
This is the first contract that I'm having drafted up for my start-up and Stuart was very patient and professional, taking the effort to understand Singapore's law on contracts and the nature of my business. He raised many questions about the processes in my business that I have not even considered, which greatly helped me see potential pitfalls I may encounter. I am immensely satisfied with the outcome which I think is a fair and reasonable contract for both my client and myself.
I highly recommend Stuart and I hope I'll be back soon with more contracts to draft up. Wish me luck!

Brentwood, United KingdomStuart is a diamond in the rough, a true professional. You know, it's tricky when hiring anybody to draft a contract & one is always mindful that the most important thing when writing a contract is having it written correctly in accordance with the current legislation of whichever jurisdiction you're in, whilst also wishing to secure a fair price. Logically speaking, paying a higher price to a lawyer for this type of work should in theory result in better advice & produce a more accurate agreement. Sadly, from my past experience this fallacy simply isn't true within the legal professional. After working with many legal professionals in the past, I can confirm that Stuart understands more than most solicitors I've dealt with about contract law & has no hesitation in sharing & explaining what he knows with you directly. In addition, Stuart listens intently to what your contract goals are and is also a very patient man who takes the time to ensure your contract is as up to date as it can be at the time it's drafted & helps you to uncover as many "eventualities" as he can - Stuart also offers superb value for money.
For me this review moves way past a casual testimony into a recommendation of the highest order. I work with many contractors and Stuart ranks at the top of my list as a person I will most certainly re-hire in the future & will have no hesitation in referring to other UK professionals within my circle of influence who above all else need up to date advice when faced with contractual problems..
