Hi Michael, Can I ask what was wrong with the campaign setup and why you gave a bad review. I set everything up with best practices as I do with all the other clients and also asked you to review and check everything on a number of occasions to make sure you were happy with it. I offered to make any amendments and you could have got anything fixed then. Instead, you paid me and said you were happy but then give a bad review over a month later. If you were not happy with something then you should have mentioned it at the time.
