What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To start, please send:
- Read-only access to Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Your 10-digit Google Ads customer ID if you want the Ads side included. I send the access request from my manager account and you approve it with one click.
- A short description of how your tracking is currently set up: which tools are in place, roughly when it was built and by whom, and anything you already know is unreliable.
- Which numbers you currently make decisions from
- Your actual lead or sale count for a recent week, so I have something true to compare against
Delivery time begins once all of the above has been received. If anything is missing I will tell you what is outstanding the same working day.
