What the Freelancer needs to start the work
For the basic package I just require payment to start.
For the add-on package I require your letter-headed paper, the full name, job title and business address of the person offering the employee the role, start date, salary, basic job details (including job title), job advert, how you will pay them and how often, hours of work, line-managers name, department the role falls into, if their is a pension scheme (and it's details), if you pay sick-pay, if there are any other benefits of the role (car, expenses, phone, laptop) and how many days annual leave you pay.
