What you get with this Offer
I have experience in Mangeto theme development. I have developer Multi-sites and stores in Magento. Each store will have different theme if different designs or html/css provided. I can also set up payment and shipment methods in Magento.
If client provide PSD then that psd will convert to HTML/CSS then Magento theme. If magento store already implemented and just require to set up another store or website, then I can do this also.
For reference please check following site. It have multi sites. This site have 2 brands UpperCanadaSoap and Danielle both have different themes, its also handled in Magento.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need designs in PSD or html/css format so that I can convert it to magento theme. If client required just to set up multi sites and/or store with same existing theme then there will not be design or htm/css required.
