What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. Invite me to your Xero organisation as an adviser user (free, and you can remove access anytime). I never need your password.
2. Tell me which bank and card accounts and months are involved, and attach the statements (PDF is fine).
3. Tell me the main goal: new setup, unreconciled items, duplicates, VAT coding, or getting ready for your accountant.
