What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Accountant or read-only access to your QuickBooks Online or Xero file, bank and credit card statements for the months being cleaned up, access or reports from any payment platforms you use (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, Amazon), and a short note on anything you already know is wrong or missing.
