What the Freelancer needs to start the work

To get started right away, please provide:

Your Google Sheet — Share your task tracker Google Sheet with edit access (share to my email which I'll provide on order).
Column structure — Confirm your column names (Task, Assigned Employee, Due Date, Due Time, Status, Notes, Next Due Date — or let me know if yours are different).
Team member details — Names and email addresses of all team members who will receive reminder emails.
Manager email — The email address that should receive completion confirmations.
Email provider — Which email service do you use? (Gmail, Outlook, Hostinger, other SMTP). Please share SMTP credentials securely.
Branding details — Your company name, primary colour (hex code if possible), and logo file if you want branded reminder emails.
n8n access — Are you using n8n Cloud or self-hosted? Share your instance URL and login credentials.
Reminder timing — What time should reminders be sent? (e.g. 8am) And what timezone are you in?
