What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1) A word type document (.doc / .docx) or open office document (.odt) or a picture / image (jpg/png), or a pdf file that will provide the CFA model / path diagram very clearly (which items have paths from/to / are related to which subscales).
---- It must be clearly stated that if subscales will be produced from CFA model (ghost constructs) or subscales / scale totals (real consturcts) will be used from the actual data file.Note that usually, CFA models use ghost constructs.
2) the data file in spss-like format / psp (.sav), in excel / calc like format (xls / xlsx / csv ).
---Data must be ready coded appropriate for CFA analysis (reversed / cleaned / no obscure values)
---Missing values are allowed no more than 20%. Completed data in total must exceed 80%.
3) Fit indices may show a CFA model that is not working on behalf of my best statistical practices / manipulations. However, I will try to deliver to you my best statistical solution / even if fit indices are not positive for fitting the CFA model. Payment will be made in either situation and whatever results must be accepted from the client.
