Remember this - a 5 year lease at a rent of £10,000 a year is a commitment to pay £50,000. Once you've made that commitment, it's very difficult to get out of it.
Taking on a lease is dangerous and difficult. Typically, so many pages of legal rubbish that is hard to follow and understand. Most leases are written to be deliberately difficult to understand. That's where I come in. I'll look at the lease, tell you, in plain English, what each clause means and rewrite up to 5 clauses, if they're unfair (if there are more than 5, I'll probably tell you not to go ahead!).
