I will provide you 120 minutes , in either 60-minute or 30-minute blocks, of informal discussion about your current management tactics and strategies. I will answer questions, provide insights, offer suggestions, and help you take the first steps in planning your future management strategy.
Whether you are having difficulty keeping your management staff and employees on task, you are routinely missing deadlines or bench marks, or simply want to tighten up an already efficient system, I will bring my 10 years of leadership experience to guide you through your ideas and concerns. Taking management of personnel is one of the most difficult tasks we aspire to, but with coaching and mentorship, it can be made more manageable and digestible.
I have experience in leadership and personnel training and instruction in the food-service industry, the United States Army, and public safety/service sector. With that experience, I am able to provide a wide berth of perspective to management issues and areas of improvement.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
In our initial correspondence I will need three basic questions answered:
1.) What do you feel is the greatest strengths of you management team?
2.) What do you feel is the greatest weakness of your management team?
3.) What do you consider to be your management style? (How to do you interact with employees and give direction or objectives?)
